  2. 4:48 what if instead of queen f3, white takes the rook 😭😭 my opponent took the rook and lost the game 😭 pls tell

  9. Lol I just used this in a game. Took his Queen in like 10 moves and the guy quit. Legend!

  10. What if Whita Pawn d3 protecting white pawn in e4 before knight f7

  11. How do you deal with your opponent playing knight to C3, blocking capture of the pawn to check the king?

  12. Last time I played they didn’t take my bishop at the beginning and I totally messed it up

  13. White plaged pawn h4 before playing fried liver. What should i do

  14. I Just played traxler against fried lever for the first time and he resigned just after 9 moves… If he didn't it was Mate in 2….😂😂 Genius who ever found this Counter attack👑👑

  15. Oh dear.

I love it when opponents play the Traxler. It is the easiest two knights defence variation to play against. Just take the free gift pawn on f7 with your bishop and retreat to d5. If black doesn't play Rc8 it will be a quick win. Otherwise you can always castle, take black's knight on c6 and put an end to blacks threats with d3 and Be3. You are then a pawn up, black has no compensation and an exposed king.

I strongly recommend binning the Traxler permanently and trying the main line two knights (attack!) against Ng5. In the main line black has all of the initiative, whilst white has an unpleasant time struggling to find a valid defence.

  16. This Traxler NEVER works. They always do some random shitty move that completely screws everything up.

  17. My best friend has got me too many times with The Fried Liver, I am really excited to get some payback

  18. I just tried using the traxler – more or less successful – my opponent resigned on move 14 – however, he had played pH7, which reduced the effectiveness of my counter-attack. But – I think he was pretty shaken by it – I noticed his moves really slowed down as soon as I'd played KE2

  19. Just delivered a 12-move 100% accuracy mate as a 794 vs a 900+. So pumped that I actually remembered a full opening for once lol. Thanks for these vids, they always help!

  20. 😮 this is the best for children and best friends in the world and best friends in the world and best friends in the world and best friends in the year of the world and best friends in the world and best friends in the world and best friends in the year of love and RCB boys each e of the world of 😮

  21. Can someone explain why pushing pawn to D4 at 2:02 is a good move?

  22. Idk if anyone still watching this, but can someone explain the line if King just takes the bishop on F2 at this point – 6:46

  23. 02:04 "It's already basically a checkmate". What are the moves to checkmate from this position? If Bxd5 it doesn't seem obvious to me, although I am a beginner which is probably why!

  24. Thanks Levy! I am now same rating as Magnus but in negative.

  25. 2:02 "It's already basically a checkmate here, nothing can be done."
For the untrained eye (me) you just gave away a pawn with next attack on a bishop. Please explain this part closer.

  26. At 600 elo I groan whenever people throw the fried liver at me, they usually don’t know what to do after the first 5 moves but this is comvenient

  27. I am employing the traxler in a game just now, this v-log is amazing . . . Pawn H3 to thwart my bishop C4 attack on queen, response knight to E4 threatening fork at G3? (now watched this v-log x5) . . . . Thinking on my feet a challenge for 1130 elo

  28. my dad tought me this opening in a 30 minute car ride on the way to a tournament when i was 8 or 9… won 2 games with it in that tournament. it's by far my favourit opening for 26 years now 😀

  29. Levy, can you make a video about which opening is better against which opening?

  30. Why the king in 6:46 cannot still capture the bishop ?

  31. is a hell of a drug. 😅

  32. I was playing a game and faced fried lever I came on yt and watched this video and won the game Will it be considered as cheating?

  33. At 2:58 Levy says that pawn g3 is the only move. What if they move the queen to f1? Sure, you could put a rook on f8, but then what?

  34. Honestly, I like to play the main line of fried liver attack as black, but I would try this.
