This is a Top 10 list of the most popular chess gambits. This was part of poll I did on chess.com here:

I originally did this list as a blog post on chess.com but decided to make a video of this as well: – On the blog post I have some brilliant chess games of each of the gambits featured in this video and also include some of my honourable mentions that didn’t quite make the top 10.

  3. Well timed, there were a bunch of gambits played in the pogchamps 3 tourney today. Just played against an Englund Gambit (d4 e5, dxe5 nc6, nf3 Qe7) in correspondence chess. Luckily, I learned the Nf3 Nxe5, Nxe5 Qxe5, f4 line. After Qa5 e4, white has a nice center.
